A San Diego native, Lisa Massry Neichin has always been passionate about art. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and Art History from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Teaching Art and Elementary Education. She briefly taught art and elementary education before launching her own business, specializing in one-of-a-kind children’s furniture.
Lisa later pivoted to interior design, earning a second Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and working with a prestigious San Diego Builder. She continues to work with a selective clientele in this field.
Lisa is currently fulfilling her lifelong dream of writing and illustrating children’s books and creating accompanying original artwork. Inspired by nature, her travels, and her own photography, her artwork is known for its warm-heartedness, vivid colors, and intricate details.
Lisa aims to capture moments that inspire, recreating them on canvas with the intent of bringing as much joy to the viewer as she finds in creating them.
